The second week of the workbook is all about the Reiki principles.
If you really think about them you probably already lived some of the Reiki principles before learning Reiki. And like all things in life some are harder to live by than others. Seriously, Just for Today, I will not anger…holy crap can that be hard! But it’s not about following them to a T. It’s about allowing yourself to have a good day and not get angry, but also if you do get angry, don’t beat yourself up. Today only lasts for 24 hours, you can always hit reset tomorrow. Or choose to change your attitude now.
Week three is about gratitude.
Sure, we know we should be grateful, but how, when, and why you express it are important too. How often do you express gratitude to your own body (no matter what it looks like), or your mind? You need self-gratitude too peeps.
We end the workbook with a Reiki review!
In the Reiki review section, you go over what you know to be true for you with Reiki after working with it for the past three weeks.
Use this workbook and in three weeks you’ll understand, connect, and trust Reiki better than you did before.
